Purchase Agreement
Once you have chosen your new "Forever Puppy", please fill out the Purchase Agreement below.
***Please note, if the owners of Country Faith Pastures feel that you (potential buyer) are not the right fit for our puppies, we have the right to refuse payment. We encourage you to please contact us before making your purchase.
Once you click the send tab above to send us your purchase agreement please click on the PayPal link here to make your $200.00 nonrefundable deposit or full payment and we will contact you once we have received the purchase agreement and the payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back with you!
**Please Note: A $200.00 Non-Refundable payment can be made to secure your puppy with the balance due on or before the puppy is 8 weeks old, or your deposit is forfeited.
If you choose air travel, transportation costs will be due one week before the puppy is scheduled to travel. Please see our Travel Information page for costs. Full payment for all is totally acceptable as well!
If you are choosing a puppy over 8 weeks of age at the time of purchase, payment in full is required.
